E-Consult’s engineering and consultation services mainly focus on new projects, as well as modernisation and reconstruction of the following:

  • Nuclear power stations
  • Conventionally fuelled power stations
  • Hydroelectric power stations
  • Heat production

In reference to the above mentioned facilities, we can offer clients:

A consultation services throughout preparatory stages and realisation of a project (construction), i.e.:

  • Support in proposing fundamental strategies for ensuring a project complies with existing legislation and regarded goals and interest of clients
  • Advice relating to organisational, technical and business laws during the tender application process and when concluding contracts with a chosen contractor
  • Independent assessment of proposals
  • Support in project control and coordination
  • Checking suppliers’ documentation
  • Supervising and monitoring a project throughout its realisation, testing, commissioning and hand over
  • Independent expert advice

Preparatory and planning documentation, i.e.:

  • Verifying and documenting initial conditions (in reconstructions)
  • Conceptual proposals, feasibility studies on proposed projects, business plans/construction plans
  • Preliminary and coordination projects


Documentation for state administration authorities, i.e.:

  • Documentation detailing land-use and planning permission proceedings
  • EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)
  • Cautionary documentation on projects concerning equipment affecting nuclear safety for obtaining the viewpoint of the State Office for Nuclear Safety (for preliminary stages of a project before a contractor becomes involved.)


Initial documentation, i.e.:  

  • Complete preliminary documentation complete enough to make tenders and selecting a contractor
  • Manuals for assessing proposals
  • Additional documentation for a selected contractor (not affecting the extent and price). These are usually detailed documents on project implementation, principally outlining the initial state of equipment, normally concerning reconstructed facilities
